Thank you for being so good at your job that I only had to call three times and waste an hour trying to get one prescription filled. But really what cinched the Falsey Award for you was your inability to locate the prescription when my sister went to pick it up. Requiring yet another call.
Well done CVS team! Keep dipping into those pharmaceuticals in the back and maybe kick a few down my way and all will be forgotten.
