Cooking Lesson #1 - Salted Fish

1. Coat the whole fish in 5 pounds of sea salt. Bake.2. Crack thick coating of salt from outside of fish (be careful of flying pellets!)
3. Keep chipping away. There is lots of salt!
4. Not done yet...
5. Have lovely waiter fillet the fish for you.
6. Enjoy the most delicious fish to touch your lips!
