Dear cosmetic gods of Europe,Question... how can you charge 11 euros for Rimmel mascara when I can get it at Wal-Mart for $2.99. And just as a little suggestion, you may want to consider replacing Kate Moss as the Rimmel spokeswoman. Girl is looking a little worn these days.
